Thanks to google deciding to close google code, I have moved bugs and source to sourceforge

Why did you decide to chose sourceforge over github?

I don't plan on using Git, am happy with SVN, maybe if we have lots of developers and a distributed system becomes important, we could move to Git. 

Source forge does more than just host code, you can host your website for your project there, use their forums if you want (I don't), use there bugs/ticket system (I do) , use their CDN and download trackers, host your own code there including use their mysql instances (so I could move this SMF forum to be hosted on source forge, but they lack ssl so I chose not to.) They also provide shell, GIT , mercurial and mail lists etc ...
